Follow the steps below to do this exercise: Find a quiet place where you can relax. close your eyes. Try to focus now on where you feel your breathing the most. This could be your nose, or your lungs. Count your breaths for just one minute. Each time you reach 10 breaths. Start counting from one over again. If you get distracted, be sure to get back to focusing on your breath.

It is also called Exercise 5, 4, 3, 2, 1… This exercise helps you quickly return your awareness to the present moment. Can you guess why it was called this ?! Well the following information may help you answer! Focus your attention on the following steps: 5 things you can see. 4 things you can feel. 3 things you can hear. Two things you can smell. One thing you can taste. Of course, focus on these steps during the current moment you are exercising.
